The computer freezes unexpectedly without any sign

Fujitsu
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Product: ESPRIMO D556/E85+
CPU:CORE I5-6400
Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics
Mainboard: D3430 (proprietary )

The computer hanged unexpectedly. I used my computer regularly but the computer suddenly could not respond with the screen frozen and all the running of the computer stopped. The problem has occurred for 10 times in an unexpected manner since my purchase. I bought this computer 2 weeks ago.

Any possible reason for this problem? I guess it won't be overheat because sometimes it freezes after I have turned on a few minutes and I do not run any demanding application. For example, most of the time I only surf the internet and type.

Can you take the computer back to where you bought it as it should be covered by some sort of warranty.

I would also do what Ranger said: take the computer back to where you bought
Before you do, try to boot with a Linux USB flash disk so you can make a backup of your data. Once you have your backup on an external disk, shift + delete your folder under \Users.
