I have to admit defeat and am going to get a smartphone as my recent trip was a nightmare of having phones that wouldn't work while those around me were all happily clicking photos, accessing the net and texting whatever away.

Now I am a complete and absolute no brainer as to which to choose as there are iPhones Androids, Samsungs, HTC's etc etc.

Don't want nothing flash and definitely not too expensive.

The Samsung Galaxy 3 my brother had looked ok but he kept on about the Galaxy 4 so I am really none the wiser.

Any thoughts please?
