The disk defragmenter successfully completed defragmentation on System

I have the following in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application:

The disk defragmenter successfully completed defragmentation on System Reserved

Event 258, Defrag

I found something on Microsoft's website:

And apparently I have defragmenter to run Weekly on the System Reserved partition. I didn't know. This is a more or less clean install of Windows 7 so I was a bit surprised.

Now I know how it got in my Event Viewer I'd like to ask if it's a good idea to leave it or disable it?

Hmm depends on how much you use the machienI suppose and as it is new it does seem a bit excessive to run it weekly at first but there again I don't run defrag that much because e most of my boot drives are SSd's.
