The ipconfig looks fine other than all those extra tunnel adaptors which will tend to cause problems such as you are seeing. These usually relate to a driver problem of some sort so updating the Atheros AR8131 would be a good idea.

To get rid of the extra tunnel adaptors save the file below, unzip and run the file then reboot the machine and see if you can get online. Repost the ipconfig/all if you are still having problems.
