hello, i have some trouble with login to my windows. i use windows 7 ultimate x64.

"The Group Client Service Failed to log on. Access is Denied."

that's the problem. I've tried googling for this problem, but most of the ways that it doesn't help. every time I access safe mode and try logging in, it just the black screen and then I go back to the login page. how can I overcome this if I only have 1 access to an administration account.

if anyone knows the solution, please help me. thanks

Is the laptop personal or it belongs to a company?

Why are you using safe mode?
Maybe you're trying to log in to a domain and don't have network. Did you tried to use safe mode with LAN?

I tried to go into safe mode because to try the method given by someone on the internet.

I already had a laptop with same issue you're facing.
The solution is quite simple but it requires the use of Linux boot able USB flash disk, rename a file in Windows, boot windows again and then enable the hidden administrator account, create a new user and then transfer your data to the new user, disable administrator account and delete the problematic account.
Do you ever did something like that?
