I can't enable my laptop wifi on

I am getting this error "The Intel(R) Centrino (R) Wireless-N1030 is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problem"

though I have installed the drivers too, but again I am getting this error

I have posted my system info bellow
could you please suggest me a way to turn on my wifi

Note :One thing that I have to mention is that, each time when I reboot my system I have to install the driver, after that it will work, but that is really annoying

What is the Model Number of your Computer ? ... Does your Function Keys work ? .. Do you have Quick Set Application Installed ? ...
