the sims 1 + all extensions

hi there!

ive jst installed the sims and all of its extensions.
but when i try to open it,an error comes out,
then the loading screen only shows half of the whole.
(loading screen with blurry image and distorted colors, while other half shows only blank.)

the error/notification says:

the color scheme has been changed: the following program is not compatible with the. . .(sorry if i trail off like that. but i hope u guys get the point)

then after some point of time loading, a pop up comes up saying:
"the sims complete collection has stopped working"

also im running on a windows 7 ultimate os 32-bit, 6.1 build 7600

ive tried running it on compatibility mode, and run as admin. same problem comes up. now i need help.
