Solved The specified module could not be found msls31.dll When press Sart

That sounds grate!

I thought I had fixed those errors yesterday, because I don't have that msls31.dll error popping up any more when I click on the Start button.

Why is that error gone but still have these corrupted files. I've replaced them yesterday..??

I'm surprised you're not having problems with at least IE updates - one of the errors is very likely to cause them.

I've uploaded a file - izwaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\izwaa
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\izwaa
or
DIR E:\izwaa

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

XCOPY <drive>:\izwaa <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

The file you copied was almost certainly the wrong one - but because it was newer than the one required, the system could work around it.
Please ensure that you follow the instructions exactly, as a small error could have large consequences.

If the drive letter you find that works for the DIR command is drive C: use the following command...

XCOPY C:\wfire C:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

if it's D: that works use this command...

XCOPY D:\wfire D:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

etc... etc...

'Not working' covers a multitude of sins - please be more specific.
If you mean that Windows ignores your attempts to hit the F8 Key, try tapping it about 2x per second as soon as you turn the machine on.
If that still doesn't work, then one possibility is to force it by switching the power off just after the Windows logo appears during boot - this sets the 'dirty bit' and will hopefully force Windows to display the repair menu options when you boot again.

I mean, it works but it brings me to the BIOS which I don't have a password for it. I've been to that advanced Boot Menu yesterday but I can't remember how I got there.

I was in the start up repair menu and clicked on Command prompt.

On "DIR D:\izwaa" it says "the device is not ready"

The other ones didn't work.

I've found out that I can create a system repair disc from my windows. Now, I don't know if that helped but I've burned a disc then restarted and then switched off my computer when windows was starting so that I can get into the system repair screen, then clicked on start up repair, followed the steps and once it was done, it restarted and BOOM! My sound was working again!

Thanks for taking the time to help me guys!!
