Solved Theme installation problem in windows 7 Ultimate!

Hello, I have a rather annoying problem with installing some themes for my laptop. I've tried uxstyle, universal theme patcher and all those other programs but my themes won't appear in the personalisation menu. I've also tried putting them in the resources folder, the same result. I recently installed windows and I deleted some updates to get rid of the annoying message with "windows is not genuine" (not the smartest thing, I know) because I was desperate, no activator functioned so that's probably what triggered this whole thing. But after that I installed some things, I don't know if it did any help. The personalisation menu looks like this:
Pretty please, help me, I looked at those other posts on how to install a custom theme on this forum, I didn't do anything wrong. Thanks!

The installation is counterfeit in so many ways, I'm dying to know how you(or whoever) managed it - but I'm not allowed to ask.

You need to reformat and reinstall with genuine media and Key.

Well, that's why installing it was so cheap. I'm a student, there's no way I'll have the money for a genuine version of windows 7. Thanks for your time anyway!

If you're a full-time student, chances are that you have access to MSDNAA - see your school IT dept. Windows licenses are around $20 that way

I don't know what country you're from, but in my country the free windows 7 offer or a cheaper version for students is not available.

Check and make sure - so far as I know, it's available throughout the EU (but I can't remember if Romania is part of the EU yet?) so long as the school has signed up for it.

There is no free Windows license (and never has been!)

Romania is in the EU, but I checked and my university doesn't offer anything to students in the IT field. There is a university which gave free windows 7, I'm sure my cousin got one. Well, thanks anyway
