Agree with what? That I've been rude? I posted on the off chance that it may be relevant to Layback Bear's issue as I have stated more than once, I even linked back to the original thread with all of the information in it, never did I ask for help in this thread. I have removed the unknown device and rebooted. I fixed for now.
I think Device Manager was remembering when I had a external ssd plugged in.

I think the reason for it was the bios 4502. The update to let my cpu work properly with this motherboard.
Their are still a lot of xeon things in Device Manager but they are needed. Well maybe but they look like they in the correct place and don't show or cause problems.
