Microsoft is a US company, thus subject to jurisdiction of US courts and laws. Not going to be surprised if the appeal fails.

I don't know how they do it in the E.U. but in this country a few judges, some politicians and somebody in the justice department get some goodies and the law suite will end up so far on the back burner your great grand children will be collecting Social Security before anybody does any thing about it. Of course this is just my opinion.

I think one should keep in mind the money involved.

If big companies or governments want to take a sneak and peak at my doings they should at least pay part of my DLS bill as a sign of good faith.

After all we pay for all the equipment and programs on our computers that allow them to do their peaking. I would like reimbursed retroactively.
