Solved thunderbird to windows live address book

hi to you all,
i've decided to switch to windows live (version 2012),too many crashes on thunderbird..
my question to you all is, how do i transfer my address book from thunderbird (version 15.0.1) to my windows live account ??
a simple an easy step by step instruction/guide please...
have looked on tinternet but cant find any real advise or solution..
have tried to use mozback up but didnt work..
so your help would be greatly received..

Open up Thunderbird click on Address Book then go to File> Select all then go to Tools> Export Then use the drop-down arrow and choose .csv and give it a name and save it in a convenient place.(look at screenshots)


Now open up Windows Live Mail click on Contacts then click on All Contacts then click on Import and choose .csv then click Browse and Navigate to where you saved the .csv click open then click Next that should import your address book.( look at screenshots)
