Tips for buying HDD.

Hello, I am thinking of buying another HDD for my pc. Already have 1TB HDD but wanted to buy another. Can you peoples help me in buying HDD. In my buying HDD list is as follows;

Western Digital Caviar Green 1 TB WD10EARX
Hitachi Deskstar 7k1000.c 1TB
WD Caviar Green WD5000AADS 500 GB
Please suggest me from above which HDD is good,reliable, raid configuration supported, less chance of disk failure.
My budget is 65$.

If you peoples know better HDD than above then, also suggest me.

I think Hitachi makes better disks than WD, but thats just me.

If you're looking for the best reliability, you might want to consider drives that aren't aimed at the consumer market. For example:

WD RE4

(WDC RE4 drives.)

They are more expensive, though.

Great Hard Drive and works great. It is on sale for $75 however with the 64MB Cache and the 5 Year Warranty where as the other Hard Drives you only get 3 years you can't beat it. Just look up to see what is diffrent with the Caviar Black and you will want to buy it.
