He's set it up all wrong. It also states he doesn't accept PayPal, but the payment method on the listing has the PayPal logo slapped next to it, lol.

You need to add a photo of the item, otherwise people are less likely to bid, I tend not to buy anything from eBay if it doesn't have a real photo of the product, since I like to see the quality of the item before I start getting into a bid war with someone
