Carl, Have you ever thought about getting a job as a photographer for the Barrett-Jackson Car Auctions ? A lot of expensive & antique cars there.

As Barrett-Jackson Car Auctions are in the US and Carl is in the UK do you not think the travelling expenses may get a little exoensive, just a thought

A photog is a great idea though. Do you have car auctions there, a local newspaper you could start out freelancing for, real estate agent you could ask? Carry your camera with you and be for hire.

The Avon rep is also a good idea if you like to chat up housewives. You actually make the sale by chatting, becoming their product friend. But you must know the product.

What about the dog-walking idea? You'd have to walk them in the rain, but if I was stuck for work I'd do that if I like dogs. Owners will pay commensurate to trusting you with one of their most fond possessions.

Are you trustworthy? You can trade on that from errand man up to running mansions, traveling the world as a trustworthy aide. It is an invaluable commodity.

Joan... duh on me... lol... makes perfect sense to me after the fact.

I'm fine , ty for asking ,almost ready for Christams.. raining today.. a bit chilly, I have to say out of rain this time of year.. ruins my sinus, when they are acting up, then my ears will stop up..
I get too dizzy to be up and about, I have meds I try to keeping going all Winter and Spring long
to prevent this from happening, that's so much better than trying to clear it up after it's started.
Otherwise I'm extremely healthy.
I hope you and your family are doing well , I've read your messages about fog and rain.. hopefully that will clear before long.

Reminds me of that bunch of American tourists who landed Florence airport, Italy. They all started to laugh and when the guide asked what are they laughing for, they showed the big sign on top of the terminal building and told "Look, you Italians are so stupid, can't even spell!"
"Aeroporto di Firenze", reads the guide aloud and asks what do the Americans mean?
"Two words and both wrong. It's Airport, not Aeroporto and it's Florence, not Firenze!"

But I have seen grammer erros on signs all over the US and the parts of Europe I've been to.
