arc it will be easy as you have intelligence (like me )
as long as you have your patches and spray you will survive, the nicotine pangs or need for a smoke are much lesser with the patches.
the only problem i have is getting the patches to light.

Well done Julian, we're all here for you and know you can do it, it does get easier the longer you manage without one. Just stick with the patches for the full course and you'll succeed, you obviously want to stop and that's half the battle.
