I do too Colin. Always fightin it when I go overseas, and you're coming from even further than I do. I'd rather adjust gradually to the new time zone before I leave than be in that fog as I go.

I recommend time release 5-10mg Melatonin which injects more of the natural hormone that regulates the body clock, as well as gives you a deeper sleep but with no side effects like sleeping pills.

It takes at least one day per hour of time zone change for the average person to adjust, which in your case might be the whole trip? This is the main reason why I never go overseas for less than 30 days.

Last time I adjusted before I even left in phases which was the first time I wasn't fogged.

Today I rang 5 heating suppliers and finally managed to find somewhere that has the part in stock so we can fix our broken boiler.

It will be great to have hot water and heating in time for Christmas

As regards drinking from a damp glass, how can you drink from a dry one? A drink, of whatever you fancy, is by definition wet. Ergo, if you pour said concoction in to a glass and proceed to drink it, the said glass is no longer dry since it contains (or contained) a liquid, a property of which is being wet.

Please do but remember this is not a theory, it is a well proven FACT. Should you find otherwise in your testing then that will undoubtedly be due to extreme inebriation so won't count!
You could always try again later of course!
