Cold-EZE comes in a variety of flavors. I find the lemon-honey to be the best tasting without a lingering unsavory aftertaste.

I'm feeling better today. I'm pretty convinced I don't have strep. The sore throat had come on rather strong in tangent with swollen glands, so I was fearing this was going to be more difficult than a typical sore throat. But the muscle aches have gone away and I feel like I've got more energy.

Fresh squeezed orange juice (from quality Valencia oranges) seems to have helped. I also ate a couple of grapefruits today, in addition to several cup fulls of genmai matcha green tea. I prefer going the natural route, rather than intaking synthesized pharmaceuticals. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get well, but I don't mind if it means a more natural approach.
