Hehe I've just had one of those phone calls from a very nice gentleman in India telling me that I have all these files on my computer that are bad for it and he can help me take care of it.
He got fed up in the end because I wouldn't press the keys he told me to and he cut me off, how rude. :devil2:

Joan , I always let them go through the routine , telling me I need to do this and that , I tell them I've done it they tell me to repeat the process again as it is not working keep them at it for quite awhile , Then tell them I've got an Apple Mac

Joan , I always let them go through the routine , telling me I need to do this and that , I tell them I've done it they tell me to repeat the process again as it is not working keep them at it for quite awhile , Then tell them I've got an Apple Mac

Next time after leading them on tell them your tablet has Android.
Then ask them if they can help you install Windows 7 on your tablet.

It's the first time I've had one of those type of calls, I thought it was quite amusing, at the beginning when he told me to go to my desktop he wanted to know if I had a black screen, I said no Facebook so he again told me to press Ctrl and the Windows key. Everytime I asked him what would happen if I pressed the keys he'd just start at the beginning again and tell me I had all these nasties on my computer, didn't make any difference when I told him that I didn't.

ctrl-windows-tab is pretty cool, but i don't know about just ctrl-win...:huh:

I've no idea, he could have been saying to add some other key along with that but I couldn't understand him that well and wasn't taking that much notice of him.

One day somebody called me to make me know that I have won a precious prize on a random lottery based on phone numbers. I told the caller that I am gifting him that prize. He may do whatever he want to do with it but calling me again

After that, I never won a single lottery based on phone numbers :sarc:

Last night i heard a little noise in the computer room.

For good or bad i set a sticky trap.

And today i found that little friend.

I never had mouses before lets hope is the first and the last one.

but sometimes cats bring you presents - maybe this was a gift to you?

in the past, my cats have bought me a weasel (see picture - not the one my cat had), and a bat! luckily both the weasel and bat were still alive and in good condition so i could set them free.
