Last night i heard a little noise in the computer room.

For good or bad i set a sticky trap.

And today i found that little friend.

I never had mouses before lets hope is the first and the last one.

In the computer room, there must be mice .
Next time ... a keyboard in the sticky trap ? :huh:

Nice Sunday today with Angie and Mutti (mother-in-law). As quite often, we drove about 55 kilometers or 30 miles outside Leipzig, to restaurant Fährhaus in Pretzsch (Fährhaus = ferry house). We like the place, the ambient and the owner.

Herr Schneider (Herr = Mr.), the owner, is a model railroad enthusiast. Each year week before Christmas he sets up a miniature railroad in his restaurant, letting it stay there until mid January. Our visit today was because he called yesterday, telling that "the last trains are running this weekend", then again next Christmas.

This years railroad was rather small, however as entertaining as ever. I'm no photographer so excuse me the quality of the video. Owner himself seeing in controls, Angie and Mutti occasionally on the right:

The restaurant is by Elbe, one of the biggest European rivers. Each year Elbe suffers of flooding, this year the flood season has already started, earlier than usual, because of the warm winter. Snow is melting on Alps and filling other rivers with fresh water which then finds its way to Elbe.

Again, please excuse my photographic skills And, of course, my English that seems to be rather bad after a few afternoon whiskies...

interesting to see the Elbe again - i was in hamburg for a few days just before xmas - i really wanted to go on an elbe boat trip, but the weather was too grey and wet

very nice hotel indeed, and great street markets - plenty of glühwein and jägermeister were consumed! (d)

Not that anyone cares lol but I successfully passed my CompTIA A+ 701 and 702 exams. The first exam score was 770/1000 and second one was 760/1000..got a bunch of MS exams coming up next month so hopefully i'll continue passing!

Today was probably the most relaxed day of my life. I just took an hour or so to think about what's been going on in my life. It really helped actually, with all the stress coming from my mom's arrest and my parent's separation, it was good to think about the positive things. Great friends, my HSPT scores being so good, and the continuous A's I've been getting in most of my classes. I didn't think I would get much out of just thinking, but it has been the most relaxed day I have had in a while.

Sorry to hear that but if it will be easier on you then I hope it will improve your quality of living.

If they won't let you use the ISP we will come and do things we can't say on the forum to get you up and running.

Hope it works out for you Tom, it should make your life a lot easier knowing there is help on hand.

Just let them know that a lot of peoples computers need your assistance so you need the Internet.

Tom I'm guessing you will do fine there as long as they DO have ISP , for you to stay connected with your friend.
If not, pester them until they get it installed.
