In these times of uncaring and two faced people it is nice to see someone open and honest.

We dont often show our emotions in public, but every now and then, on special occasions it seems fitting.

Sorry to hear about you visit with the doctor. Is it mostly in the back, hands, legs or all over?

None of us are licensed doctors and what works for one may not work for you.
So I be real cautious if someone recommends some off the wall drug.

Have you talked to you local pharmacists about deep penetrating cremes or over the counter herbal meds?

Vitamin E has helped a friend of mine, about 400IU per day. Use only one labeled as "Natural" though, it works better and won't do any harm. It can take days or a couple of weeks to notice any change, if there will be.

Before the E regimen she had to sleep in a chair because she couldn't get out of a bed. Now she has no problem. In her case it was effective within 10 days or so, of course your mileage may vary.

Sorry to hear that Andrew. I believe I shall have arthritis in my knee and my shoulder as I age. Not something I look forward to.
