Yesterday was day 7 at Ice-hockey World Championships. My Finland won France 7 to 1! It's now 4 wins in 4 games now.

Today a bit more difficult game, Finland against Canada.

Its 6:45am here in Mumbai and I'm wide awake. Today my in laws family is going to a nearby beach for a picnic. I'll join them tomorrow as today i need to be present at my half yearly office party. According to some rumours, I'll get an award this time too (yes i have been getting awards since last 2 years).

That sentence is normally only used by husbands by far more years as nothing makes them so happy as to send wife away. (Speaking of my own experience here.)

In your case I do not believe this to be the reason...

Although it seems I'm the only one of over 200,000 members here to be interested in Ice-Hockey World Championships, here's again an update.

Day 10 today. My Team Finland meets USA at 15:15 CET (3:15 PM CET). Of 5 games played, we have won 4, only losing against Canada on Friday. Finland had already a nice 3 to 1 lead at the end of the second period, but at the end Canada was better scoring 4 more times and winning 5 to 3.

We need to win USA today and Kazakhstan on Tuesday to win the preliminary round thus getting easier opponents on final rounds.

Kari, we have a similar sport in India called Indian Premier League 2012. It consists of teams which are divided according to the states in India. I support my home city Mumbai and my native place Rajasthan.

Today's match is between Rajasthan VS Pune. My favorite team is batting now. Looking at the scores, its an easy win for Rajasthan today. Its 18 overs gone and they have already scored 150 runs by losing just 2 wickets.

More working in the shed today. Redoing part of my living room is turning into more of a chore than I wanted it to be.
Have to go pick out the paint also. Cutting and staining some large pieces of wood to install in the corner where I took out the wood burning stove.

I see the USA vs Finland is on a NBC Sports channel. USA - 2 Finland - 0 with a few minutes remaining in the 2nd.
