Too many errors..

I have much errors in my computer, starting in antivirus, when i try install a antivirus, it doesn't active, i try to go to task manager, says it miss a dll, i try to create a new partition, says acess denied.. im thinking in format my computer.. but i wanna try to repair it first.. anyone can help me?

I installed 2 antivirus, i can't activate the both..

What are those two, mention the names.

Two antivirus programs installed in the same computer is never a good idea but calling the hazard. One is to be uninstalled at first.
