Too Much Background!

How do I get rid of all background programs?
I'm running too slow.

Press Windows key+R

Type "msconfig" and hit run

Go to startup programs and disable any extra programs you don't wish, don't forget to apply changes

Just go ahead and unninstal all the unwanted programs too.

To check running programs open Task Manager.exe and go to processess
