Toshiba Function keys

i have toshiba a350-13a laptop , i installed windows 7 from 2 weeks . the function keys isn't working although i installed the toshiba value added package which is responsible for activating function keys...........
what the solution for this problem ???

I only asked because I don't see that model # on the Toshiba site. I see a A350-ST36011. Could it be your not in the US? Since some mogels are UK specific? Is this the driver you downloaded the Toshiba Value Added Package (TVAP) for win 7 32 bit (v1.2.28; 10-20-09 42.66mb)? Model Content Page Select Windows Seven 32 bit then Toshiba Utility. First one on the list is the most current. If not could you link me to the page? Thanks Fabe

yes , my laptop u can find it in toshiba europe already not in us. but i already installed utilities also but nothong happened :S

BTW, I've the same problem !! and I did everything but nothing yet !
Installed all versions of Toshiba Value Added Package & Toshiba Flash Cards Utility ! but still FN Key doesn't work !

You have to make sure that these 2 programs are running : TFNKY.exe and HKServe.exe .

Hi fellow Egyptian .. yes these programs are standard and should be running on most models and specially the toshiba .. try to have a look if they are running or not by typing msconfig >start up and see if they are ticked ..if you not sure just put a tick next to everything to do with toshiba but I am sure that you will see them ....good luck ...

Try iinstalling this.

problem solved

at last my problem solved. the problem was from toshiba itself i think. the value added package 2009 didn't solve my fn keys problem but i found after that value added package 2010 which supported my problem at last
