Solved transcend 1TB external hard drive is not getting detected in my comput

transcend 1TB external hard drive(StoreJet 25A3) is not getting detected in my computer disk management is showing it is fully empty,but it has all my files in it...
Things I HAVE TRIED:
*Trying on all ports in both my laptops
*troubleshooting
*re-installing driver
I have also attached a screenshot in of device manager below

If the partition you want to open is the one with the hash marks in the screenshot, simply assign a drive letter and that should get you read/write access to it.

Just curious @ labibsharar, Why have you blackened out the volume details in the disk list? And also have you formatted the drive after purchasing it? It looks like a GPT drive.I don't think a 1 TB original drive would have been partitioned like that.

Formatted the whole hard drive. That fixed it. But thanks anyway

@jumanji Sorry I couldn't reply, I was sick for a long time, and couldn't check new replies in the forum. I didn't blacken the details...Actually that was the problem, the disk details weren't there...The disk had no letter, and I couldn't even assign one. And I assure you, it's original. I even had warrenty, but as I bought it from abroad I couldn't use the warranty in my country. This hard drive was lying around for some time. Then one of my bhaiyas tried to fix it, and it worked

OK, fine. It was earlier formatted as a GPT drive. Now I think it would have been formatted as an MBR drive.
