transfer all files and programs to other account on same pc

so my question is , how can i stranfer all my files and programs to a new account, but it is on the same pc, i do this because my sidebar gadgets dont work anymore and i had done this a wile ago and it worked, but i forgot how to do it

Welcome

Transfer account to a finger drive and then to the new account. I did it and it worked.
