Hello,

here's my problem: My laptop is a hp windows7 system which is no longer guaranteed in unbootable. I had the Blue screen "unmountable boot volume" error, after that screen the computer will reboot and is stuck in that loop . I decided to F11 "HP recovery" a window pop's up "Startup research problems on your pc ... attempt to repair ...) and it lasts forever (all night) So I. turned it off, rebooted, but now after "press the ESC key for Startup menu" screen it restarts itself and it keeps looping too. Thanks in advance to those who can help me .

I don't think you understand fully, I'm stuck on the first thing you see when you turn on the PC which for me is the
"Hp invent" screen where it also says "Press the ESC key for Startup menu" When I put the windows 7 home premium CD that a friend let be borrow the I hear the CD spinning and moving but nothing happens after that one time I got it to work
(Don’t ask me how cause I don't know either) I reached a screen where it told me to take out the CD a restart my PC and start windows normally I did it and the problem wasn't fixed and I can’t get the CD to work again
In boot device options (F9) I have

USB Hard Drive
Optical Disk Drive
Notebook Hard Drive
Notebook Ethernet
Boot from EFI File

I wonder why no Diagnostics show up on the boot menu. You should be able to run full Hardware diagnostics from that menu. Is there another choice on the first boot screen to run Diagnostics?

If not boot into BIOS setup to reset to Optimal Defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Then work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start. If a disk wont' boot, confirm it boots in another PC or burn another using the latest official installer ISO in Step 9.

There are flash stick alternatives for the boot disks needed to disinfect and then repair the system. If flash stick won't boot, try a new official installer iSO written to stick with the tool in Step 9. If it still won't boot then after confirming it boots in another PC, unplug the DVD drive in problem PC to see if its interfering.
