trouble connecting to our xp workgroup from windows7

We have an xp workgroup called Privaat, now i installed windows Xp but i cant figure out how to change my windows 7 PC's workgroup to match and connect to all the other computers.

I see my brothers windows 7 pc but none of the Xp Computers on the network.

We sometimes get it to work but it would be so much easyer if i can ondly change the workgroup and get my drives shared to it. There are always issues of the xp computers not being able to see ours either.
