Trying to install MSE.Giving error message

Is counterfeit windows 7 is a problem?because i am using the same installation on other system and it is fine.i have MSE

installed on that pc.

Of course it's a problem!
You are STEALING someone else's intellectual property. In many countries of the world theft of intellectual property in this way is punishable by a heavy fine at least, and possibly by a term in jail.

If that other machine is licensed for Windows 7, then it's the ONLY computer you can use the recovery disks on.
If it's not licensed for Widows 7, then you CANNOT LEGALLY install Windows 7 on it, either.
