Since this issue doesn't appear to have a resolution and I really want to have an AV program on my computer, I've installed McAfee AV.

Thank you for your assistance in attempting to resolve this issue.

I'm sorry you had to resort to McAfee. Hope that ended your problems?

Yes, I was able to install and run a full scan with the McAfee AV. So far, no issues. Thanks again for your continued efforts in trying to find a resolution.
