turn off pen feedback in windows 7 home premium?

Is there a way to turn off the pen display feedback in windows 7 home edition? Everytime I press with the pen a blue circle appears , and also it appears the key I press(CTRL, SHIFT, ALT).

I searched this forum and other forums but I only found answers for win7 pro

I found the answer for my problem.
I solved it by going to controlpanel>programs>turn windows features on or off and I unchecked TabletPC Components.
