I use my 32" TV as my laptops monitor. I use an HDMI to HDMI cord to do so. I recently updated my NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M Drivers. Ever since i did that when i go from normal TV back to HDMI so I can use my computer it does not automatically connect me to my laptop. I have to unplug the cord from my laptop and plug it back in a few seconds later to be able to see the screen on my TV. I really do not like doing this because it is just plain annoying. I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Any help would be much appreciated.

(and yes it did auto connect before I updated my drivers.)

Open control Panel, then, depending on the view you have it set to, either click Hardware and Sound and then Device Manager under Devices and Printers, or just click Device Manager. Click the triangle next to Display Adapters, right click your particular adapter (probably something like "NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M"), select properties, go to the driver tab, and then select Roll Back driver. This replaces the current version of you driver with the previous version.

That isn't really a solution for the problem unless it is just an issue with the graphics driver and not a setting on my computer. I was hoping to have my drivers up to date and have my TV auto connect when i switch it to the channel. I mean worst case I will do that but it would be nice to have the most up to date drivers for gaming.

Were you having a problem with playing games before updating your drivers? Have you made any other recent changes to your computer?
