I don't think there is any way you can make it better unless you buy a better monitor.

Try a different HDMI cable and adapter.

Welcome to SevenForums. This is an LG 22LE3300 correct? LG 22LE3300 Television - 22" HD Ready LED TV with 2 x HDMI and USB connectivity - LG Electronics UK

On page 35 of the manual it shows you how to update the TV's software you might want to check into doing this.
Also on page 95 it explains all the available Aspect Ratios and how to adjust them.

I would suggest downloading and reading through the manual and possibly doing a software update if one is available for your TV. This could help correct any resolution problems your experiencing,by allowing Windows to recognize you TV as LG LE3300 in device manager, instead of PNP.
The manual is available on the link I've provided above.Under the support tab.

What I'm thinking is first try to update your TV's software. It shows you how to do this by simply using your remote.
Hopefully after updating the software it will show up in device manager as the LG LE3300, this should enable you to be able to use the native resolution. And resolve any issues you are experiencing.
Fabe

Your welcome. I couldn't find the exact native resolution but it's a 720p so you might want to go to control panel>Nvidia control panel> change resolution> check and see that it's set to Highest color depth 32bit and a refresh rate of 60hz>also see what it lists as resolutions avalible, maybe post a snip of it so we can see and suggest one.
Their is also a customize icon where you can create one and test it to see if it will work and if it gives you the desired effect your looking for.
