Tweak The Taskbar?

Ok in windows 7 your taskbar has a glossy look, it lately has gotten very annoying to me! Windows 8 they dont have that, and the taskbar doesn't have thst white thin line at the top.

Is there ANY way to get rid of that gloss without changing themes?

you can right click on taskbar and hide it....

Hi,
Unless you want to change the taskbar to a solid color I'd just hide it as described then your basically similar to win-8,
But no the line can not be removed or the frosting look,
It's pretty much called window color or glass/ transparency,

Right click your Desktop background and click on Personalize,
Windows color is listed on the bottom,
