A few weeks ago I posted the following thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/362232-two-2-my-documents-folders-win-7-a.html. The problem has re-occurred and yet different.
"C:\WINDOWS\Users\User-name" once again contains two My Documents. However, unlike the thread posted earlier, the following conditions are present:
1. The additional (new) My Documents was created yesterday when I ran a video editor called Moyea FLV Editor Light.
2. The entire contents of the new My Documents folder is the folder Moyea > FLV Editor Light > empty and a desktop.ini file.
3. When tapping properties of both My Documents folder, the "old" My Documents folder (which contains all folders and files meant to be located in My Documents) does NOT have a location tab, but the newly created My Documents folder DOES HAVE a location tab.
4. The icon for a folder pinned to the taskbar has become a system icon,
but the folder within the "old" My Documents opens properly when the icon is clicked.
One thing I know for certain is before the additional My Documents folder was created, the Properties of the "old" My Documents folder did have a location tab, but now it doesn't.
I'm completely lost on this one.
