UAC popup without sound

I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
I noticed that UAC popup is not accompanied by any sound.
I did all possible checks .. the menu sounds is ok.
I reinstalled the audio driver, no improvement.

Can someone help me with any solution? I want UAC popup, be accompanied by that particular sound.
I mention that a Microsoft representative sought by telephone, to fix my problem, but failed

This is not a problem with your sound card or audio drivers.

The UAC is not assigned a sound by default. You must manually set whatever sound you want for that function.
Go to the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound and then click on "Change System Sounds". In the Sound section of the panel you can assign a sound to the UAC.

Thanks for your answer!
But the problem was not solved.
When I clicked on "test", I can hear that sound UAC, but after I select Apply and OK .. no sound is heard when I open any application that implies the UAC.
Please more, you have another idea? Bothering me a lot that you do not hear sound from UAC.
