Uknown program in startup removal help

Hello Seven-forums,I have an unknown start up item and have no clue what
it is or how to remove it. So i have posted link to image of the Mfg/command/location.

I have followed through reg-edit but it is not listed were it says it is unless
there is some sort of hidden "registry view" I don't know about.

Have you looked at the startup tab in msconfig?
Have you also checked in the Startup folder in All Programs in the Start Menu?

Yes I have, the picture link is of Msconfig. As far as start up programs there is no program with the name
of 50 capital A's which the msconfig / startup tab is showing.
