To help the developer I have extracted the Taskbar PNG's that I could find, hopefully they can be of some use.

Grimmy, did you use IconViewer as listed in the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3011-libraries-icons-change.html in step 6?

Jon is very appreciative of those, he said they help a lot, but he hasn't found a way to extract them reliably....

He's welcome, I'm glad he can make use of them, the most reliable program I've tried so far is Restorator, it makes it very easy to extract or replace just about anything, great program and heaps better then Reshack.

Hi,

I'm about to switch to win7, so I was looking around to check if all my
favorite apps will work there.

This thread assured me that I won't miss my good old Ultramon
functionality...
...except maybe one thing: The "send to another display" and "stretch to
desktop" buttons on the title bar. I don't remember seeing those on the
screenshots of DF/Se7en. A hotkey is nice but I'd rather have them as
buttons.

Is there a technical reason not implementing it, or there is a simpler way to
do those things, which made them obsolete?

@Zoltan: DisplayFusion 3.1 has the titlebar buttons you are talking about, and it will be released in the next couple of weeks.

Just in time - it's annoying to not have a 'smart taskbar' in multi-monitor setups. IMO an oversight on MS's part.

enter registration after restart ->
works fine

using displayfusion pro, has amazing looking second taskbar and many great features way better then ultramon ever did at least for me, try it out

There is an excellent program called "ZBar" which is simple and effective. Still in it's early stages of development it can be rather basic, though that is one of it's charms. It is also freeware and the developer often vists his forums and talks to the users. This leads to constant new developments to what the user wants.

I have read all the current posts in this forum and would like some information. I am trying to aide the ZBar developer , Tom Revell, in futher development of ZBar.

There are many feature present in Ultramon, DisplayFusion and Task Windows 7 that have not been optimised in ZBar. Such as the way programs will first appear in the primary taskbar for a while before being moved onto the secondary one.

I noticed that Task Windows 7 was beautifully made to incoperate Windows 7 DWM and GUI perfectly and was wondering who developed it and how. There appears to be no mention of it outside this forum it seems.

If anyone could help me or point me in the right direction of a couple of these issues it would mean a great deal to me.
