Unable to click suddenly

Using my PC as normal when I noticed I was unable to click anything. Everything was still working normally, hadn't crashed or stalled or anything and items still changed colour or whatever when I hovered over them, but clicking did nothing. Thought rebooting would fix it but no change at all. Any ideas?
