unable to connect to NET after installing Norton 360 or Bit def total?


i am able to connect to NET

( remember after installing anti-virus , I am total unable to connect to NET )


I tried uninstalling all network drivers via comuputer managment
and reinstall and clean install of my intel network adaptor
but no help

tried windows troubleshooter no help

also tried Kaspersky TDS killer no help

We don't fix problems caused by Norton here we remove it completely and be done with it. The link below gets you to the Norton uninstall tool which you need.
