Since the update, I have not been able to copy files from or to an USB or other storage things. When I do try, Windows Explorer stops and needs to restart. Nothing gets copied. I did a system restore to before the update and I can save files no problem.

I have done a CHKDSK and SCANNOW and everything is working fine. I have already posted to the Microsoft Community forum and someone there talked about extensions interfering with this. I use Firefox and there are no extensions on it. The poster also mentioned Egis Tech possibly interfering. I tried to uninstall WinLocker but it looks like the opposite happened. Still having problems regardless. Please advise.

Thanks.

Hello,
sorry for my poor English: I am french..
I had exactly the same problem since KB4022168 (and also KB4022719). Impossible to copy anything with a right click and with Ctrl/C and Ctrl/V
It is exact that the problem comes with mywinlocker and the only way to un-install it is to use Revo uninstaller.
First I have uninstalled this update KB4022168.
Then I unistalled mywinlocker with Revo without any problem.
And then I looked for this update with Windows Update, re install it and all my functions "copy" with the right click and Ctrl/C and /V work perfectly well.
Good luck
