Unable to download Microsoft update, HELP!

Hi. I am new here. My name is Ken. I have a problem. This Microsoft update repeatedly fails on my automatic updates. I try to do it manually, still no luck.: Security Update for Microsoft Works 9 (KB2754670) Any suggestions?
