Hi,
I'm a student whose learning how to use Access. I got Access, installed it an all went smoothly. In my first assignment, one of the first things were supposed to do is create a table and import data into via csv txt document (provided). thing is i can't do that.
Access always says that my add-in is either uninstalled or in a bad-state or something. This is despite many reinstalls, and many hours of reading other forum posts... I've tried nearly everything except tweaking with the registry which i have no idea how to (probs not a good idea then...).
When I try to import the txt file...
the com add ins
no disabled items
This one happened after i selected Access Addins and pressed Go.
and by urgent i mean, i have about 4 days left for this (was given out 2 days ago) but i also have a tonne of other stuff to do, and i've already wasted hours on this...
and if anyone wants a shot of the registry:
