unable to install mouse driver (code 43)

i got myself a new mouse this evening and i just couldnt install the driver for some reason

i tried plugging into other ports and its not working, tried restarting the computer but still nope

can anyone help me on this?

one thing worth noting...i shut down alot of services but i dunno if it affects installing drivers though

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

I would suggest reinstalling windows as it is the fast and best way to fix many problems at once otherwise it's up to your convenience
