I don't get the "setup.exe" option when installing. I tested it out on 2 other computers and I do. Researching this problem lead me what I thought was the answer (upgrading from Vista should have created a folder called "windows.old" for which I need to rename. Then I will supposedly be able to install the program. However, I can't locate this "windows.old" folder
I've used the search box, I've looked through the C: drive. Can't find it anywhere.
Any suggestions?

Naturally Speaking install problem

Thanks for your response. I believe that I tried what you are suggesting. I saw all of the files and couldn't locate a setup.exe.
The sad thing is that I did install this program on the computer with great difficulty but because of a wireless router issue with no security firewall, others were getting into the computer and their words were showing up and screens changing without me doing a thing. So Linksys told my father in-law to remove the program. I discovered his wireless issue and resolved it. But he listened to them and uninstalled the program. I'm not very happy with him right now.
Anyway, I repeated the process that enabled me to install it the first time, but can't get it to install again. According to Nuance, it has to do with a folder created while upgrading from Vista to Win 7. They say that all I need to do is rename the folder and install the program. I can't find this folder "window.old".
I'm ready to throw the computer and my father in-law out the window.
HELP!!!
