I Have this problem with games like Goat Simulator, DiRT3 and The Elder Scrolls Skyrim and I am So pissed off. I just got my custom made computer and now these games doesn't work and yes i have installed all .net and .dll files also c++ etc. But nothing works. I'm so tired of this! I have also done chkdsk. Could anyone help me?

this kind of error is normally caused by mixing and matching 32bit and 64bit programs. most of the time its windows fault, you open a 32bit filed a 64bit dll version will load.

1) try uninstall and reinstall of steam/games
2) update .net framework from windows.
3) running the app as an administrator may work
4) as dude suggested sfc scan.

Devlin I have legit mxgp demo but others were pirated and i installed them several times.

I Have updated all .net and reinstalled the games and runned app as administrator.

Not sure what you mean by that but that shouldn't be an issue. Nearly (most) all games today use 32-bit installers (including Skyrim) and run on 64-bit OS's just fine. In fact Window 64-bit is basically a Windows on Windows (WoW) - WoW64 (Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit) is a subsystem ofthe Windows operating system capable of running 32-bit applications and is included on all 64-bit versions of Windows.

With that, and a huge gamer myself, I've yet to have any issue with a 32-bit game installing and working under a 64-bit OS. Also, games today (including games mentioned) are designed to be able to run on a 64-bit OS. BTW I've also got Skyrim and it ran equally well on 7 as it does 8 (64-bit)

Hacked/pirated games will, and should, cause problems. Try getting a legit game. You might also revisit the forum rules where it states pirated software isn't supported here.

I agree with most of this but, I admit to pirating games when i was younger as i didnt have the money and i am 100% against it now, i've never had a problem with getting pirated games to work and they do not cause problems in terms of getting them to work etc, the cracks are false positives and contain no harmful virus's, . I do buy all software and games now purely because im not a thief and do support the developers 100%. Just ive never had an issue at all.

Since you quoted me, I'll say you get what you pirate.... in this case a broken game with no support. Back in the day we all got "free" software, but that was then, this is now. And today those freebees (pirated) comes with issues, and they should.

We don't support piracy here. And I for one agree with it.

I disagree, I know this error, i know what he's doing wrong, its the user's knowledge of how to get pirated games to work, not the pirated game itself. They don't come with issues, if your having issues, you don't possess the knowledge on how to get it to work.

Stolen games can come with little infection buddies. Then are members would be trying to get a system to work with even more problems.
Then a 100 post later infection would still be coming after every new stolen game.

I think it to be wiser to spend our members time on helping to fix things on the legal side of the road.
