Unable to Update KB915597 - Error Code 80070670

Lately have been unable to install KB915597 update (Definition Update for Windows Defender), getting Error Code 80070670. (screenshot attached)

Though have installed the update manually, but still wana know the cause of this update failure.

Pls assist.
