Followed your instructions to a "T"...however a couple things I noted when following your steps.

1. There was not a pending.xml file on my computer to rename
2. the two lines to delete files qmgr0.dat & qmgr1.dat could not be deleted as the file does not exist

This is looking grim! I really cant even stand the thought of reinstalling windows again and re-setting up this machine!! Every time I follow your instructions I have high hopes and I have everything on my body crossed in hope of good luck!! (fingers toes legs LOL :zip: )

Very odd, this folder should be present with dumps when apps have crashed and you have had a lot of app crashes.
The last app crash was 11th of this month, unless this has been manually removed it should be present.

Please read BSOD Posting Instructions and upload the zip created by the tool.
This is normally for bluescreens, but the data collected (nothing personal) might be of worth :)

When you mention manually remove, would that be possible using the disk cleanup feature? Once I remove/revert back to ie8 I always use disk cleanup wizard to remove temp files..Could that be the cause?

Disk cleanup doesn't remove that folder, nor does it remove another folder that contains likewise files but is meant for the small version of dumps from a system crash FYI.
