Please copy the files in %userprofile%\AppData\local\CrashDumps in a zip and upload the zip.
Please upload the msinfo32.nfo fileSearch (windows key + r) "msinfo32" (without quotes) and press enter
Choose 'File' and save the file as msinfo32.nfo.
Right click the file, choose copy, choose to copy to zip file.
Upload the zip.
Very odd, this folder should be present with dumps when apps have crashed and you have had a lot of app crashes.I was not able to see any files in the CrashDumps folder...in fact I dont even have a folder named CrashDumps?? Is that bad?
