This has only happened once to me, but I'll attach the necessary files, if their is a problem, will this keep re-occurring? I only had a game running, Itunes and Documents open.

[FONT=Segoe UI, Arial]tcpip.sys was the cause of one of your blue screens, I'm not too sure on what this does, but from my search results it looks like a virus scan would be a good idea

The other seemed to be related to direct X, update all your direct X files, and check o see if your graphics drivers are update to date too

Someone else should be able to assist you soon too :) But I suggest you try these for now

Yea, what I would do is

Direct X can be found here, just download and run that, it should update all of you're direct x files

After you do this, type
sfc /scannow
Into command prompt (found by clicking start, typing "cmd" into search box without the quotes and then right click command prompt and select run as administrator) this will check for corrupt system files

As for graphics drivers, you can find the ones for your card here

Yes, for the ATi driver, please follow the link that Jason suggested

Choose window 7-32 bit (which I think is your OS), download the package and install it

I did the system scan :) It said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" is this a good thing, an many thanks for the link to the update sites, it's been such an easy process to follow.

Thanks both, but I wouldn't class the problem as being resolved just yet, try running your system as normal, but preferably play a game (to ensure your direct x is working) if you do not receive a blue screen after a week, then we can safely say that the problem has been solved.

Just let us know

Now i'm getting a warning prompt.

CLIStart.exe - Bad Image

C:\Windows\system32\atiadlxx.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the sftware vendor for support.

I've tried re-installing the software an the same "failed to install" comes up... Please help

Hey, ok you should uninstall the control centre and everything else

Then go to start, control panel and select device manager

Go to device adapters, and find your card, right click and uninstall the driver, then restart

Windows will then install a driver, then go back to the ati site and select driver only and extract the file you download.

Then find your graphics card in device manager again, right click it and press update, then browse my files, select the folder you extracted it too, and it should update.

I'm not sure why it did that, but it could be the result of a faulty card, try this first though

Hope you can follow this

Did you download right version for your window 7 -->32 bit<---? Did you uninstall the previous version of ATi Catalyst before installing new one? What is the manufacture of your computer (Asus, Dell etc..) you can go to manufacture's site to download driver for your graphic card, I think that would be better??
Go to Control panel-->Program and Feature to see if ATi catalyst utility is there and uninstall it, then go download fresh copy and re-install
If it doesn't work, do you have system restore point that can backup your system? If that doesn't work either, I would suggest repair install
